Today I already felt masochistic in the TOG II*. My position got flanked from both sides and I got farmed so hard I forgot my name. Skill: "Gun is useless against the tanks which has some armor." Also Skill: Drives on the heavy flank.

I always just use my Japanese heavies as big dumb scouts. Usually you can keep everybody firing at you spotted because the have absurdly tall turrets and thick armor. I couldn't count the number of games where I've gotten more spotting than our lights just because the lunchbox I was in survived long enough to actually get spotting damage. Lol 😁

Type 5 on console has 1300 HE alpha and 770 Heat with 330mm and better Armor. Idk how this tank is still the same on PC, Gg skill!

Skill finally recognises japanese heavies as great scouts. Also it is a very big mistake to not have Intuition on Type's loaders. And 14cm gun goin full gold is a dream with that 290 AP pen.

Not great scout. Maus does everything the same but better. Better armour, power to weight, camo, same vr. Placebo effect because that’s literally all you can do with it. Can’t do damage, block, or rush important positions

@@LateDude96 I mean for Tier X heavy it's not bad, it stands around the middle for win rate for all Tier X heavy. Unicums hate it because there's not many things you can do to mitigate the armor problem, but some people might have no problem being the HP sponge for the team and hold the line so other lines could win. At least now we have intuition so the various ammo options and gigantic ammo storage it has could be helpful.

12:10 ah ah "to be realistic" ! I am too whenever it's usefull, but in WOT, if you don't show your big muscles even to a sure suicide, you get insults, "bot, camper" and wrong heros go to die fast and cry about you if you don't suicide like them.. Have to be Skill4ltu to get some respect in this kind of situation :-D

Yeah, idiot proof tank at its best, just driving full trololo and autoaim granted high damage, no skill required. At least it was a decent counter against the Chieftain and the 279Es.

It’s important to know that the AP shell for the HE gun is actually quite useful because even though the gun is called “15cm…” the shell is actually 152.2mm so with the AP shell you can overmatch the turret of things like the 60TP which the type 5 had no answer to before.

Skilll for the love of the tank load AP against 60TP to the whole top of the turret is over match you will almost always pen it due to the height of the type 5

that 800+shot in 3rd game in e100 says all...if was my account was fail for sure and even if was a hit it only do 100 or 200 dmg...nowadays i prefer to see you playing than to play because its discusting to play this game in my account...in any fkn tank shots never hit were i aim rgn and stats are simply to dam rigged all tanks shoot like kv2

I remember when this monstruosity could hit for 1400 damage in that p2w gun. It was idiotic. I literally saw many games with 45% bots driving this thing and doing 4-5k damage just using autoaim and boom, 500-600 damage, not giving a damn about the hulldown or sidescrapping. Even Kranvagns would receive 350-400 damage in that turret, which was simply preposterous. The Clan Wars were infested with this thing.

I had this tank and i loved it, however WG always change something when Chieftain monkeys cry about it, so i stopped playing it after the HE nerf. Nowadays you can pretty much do well in anything besides Type 5 Heavy tank. Cheers from Czechia!
