I started doing this and immediately noticed the quality of sleep, not to mention the price. Oz of weed would last me few days but now it lasts more than month since I started mixing other herbs in it. I highly recommend. When I found out that Marijuana isn’t the only herb Jamaican smokes I gave it a try and it’s actually pretty pleasant to smoke and also mixing different herbs and feeling different results are fun

@@Bighannes410 depends on what effect you want but I usually mix chamomile, mugwort, lavender, lotus flower, skullcap and weed all equal parts and it’s for relaxing or sleeping kinda vibe

@@Jo-kj6qn i think you could have a more empathetic approach. when uve built a dependency on weed, ur not quitting bc the act of smoking it bad- it’s so ur not reliant on it anymore. having other things to replace it or use instead can be very beneficial to cutting down ur intake and moving away from the dependency. it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. like let ppl do what helps them

Try the 100 spliffs quitting. Have weed for 50 spliffs and a herb mix for 50. Roll them all and number them 1-100 where the first one has just as much weed as you are used to and the hundred has none. Roll them with less and less weed and more and more herb mix. In this way, you wont get that smack in the face-withdrawal. ..Or just keep smoking ofc 😏

These actually mix really well with cannabis depending on which one. Spearmint, white sage, and marshmallow I have found are best. Personally on week days I smoke a mix that is usually about 70% weed and 30% other herbs then on weekends I smoke weed on it's own with all the keif I collected over the week.

Yea blue lotus does contain psychoactive substances in it I do believe I could be wrong though but I'm pretty sure there a way to get high on blue lotus alone

You may want to look up, the chemicals that are in a few of them, somethings you can smoke other things might taste good… but there not, for example Spanish moss, smokes down cool and nice… but once the lights go out, your going to need therapy
Feeding the oral fixation isn’t “stopping smoking”. You are still inhaling smoke into your lungs. Stopping smoking means stopping smoking, lol. This also isn’t going to help, trust me I know. The only thing that made me quit was quitting.
I see a lot of people talking about her comment on “mullein for lung health” saying it’s stupid, so here’s my input: I’ve been living off the grid for around 3 years now (I know, not that long). And it is a fact that the herb mullein supports lung health, Google “mullein health benefits”. It really is incredible what it can do for you when brewed into a tea. Now, breathing anything other than oxygen is objectively bad for you, but putting mullein in your blend is better than if you don’t. Really, everyone should be putting a pinch of it in your weed or whatever else you smoke. TLDR: she’ll still have lung cancer when she’s 60, but that mullein is the reason she doesn’t have it at 40.
