I don't know but I got emotional when I heard my fellow Filipinos singing our National anthem altogether. Wherever we go, whatever the citizenship we have in any country, our Filipino blood still lives on forever. Mabuhay ka mahal naming Pilipinas!
This was a few months after typhoone Yolanda hit the Philippines. Jessica singing the Lupang Hinirang just gave hope to the Filipinos during that time.
Filipinos just singing along to the song shows the respect Filipinos have for our ancestors who sacrificed their lives just to let our country gain independence. Not saying the U.S aren't respectful to their ancestors BTW.
for some reason i feel like crying hearing filipinos sang Lupang Hinirang together , it gives me goosebumps in a goodway and im proud being filipino , raise our flag !
Singing both the American and Philippine national anthem shows the real friendship between the two nations. Where ever Americans fight, there will be Filipinos with them fighting for freedom.
When the ceowd sang with her on the national anthem I qlmost cried. So heartwarming! This is when Pinoys truly connect!!! Our national anthem is very powerful!!!
Most americans do not sing along during the singing of their national anthem as singers present the anthem on different renditions everytime. That's how they behave during their national anthem and we can never say other people of nationality to act on a certain way about their traditions.
Americans don't tend to sing with the singer with their own national anthem because their national anthem has a lot of rendition. They gave space to the singer and let her shine. While us pinoys, we love to sing it because we only have 1 rendition.
Goosebumps when the filipino crowd sung with her... there's likely a hidden emotion message in front of Americans.. specially the last part because it regards to our national heroes who fought to all invaders that destroyed our country... and thats what happened in the history of philippines in ww2 when Americans invaded the philippines.
Ito MISMO Ang gusto Kong sabihin Dito sa komento ngunit di ko madiscribe Ng maayos Kase sobrang lalim Ng hugot at emotion on point Yung comment mo sir/ mam😮😢
I think a national anthem should be known and be sung by heart by the citizens of the respective country as first proof of their love, if any, of their country. People should not merely be expectators but participants. I congratulate those Pilipinos, I assumed, who joined Jessica in singing the Pambansang Awit ng Pilipinas.
If you're trying to say that americans are not disciplined when it comes to their national anthem just because they are cheering and shouting, you're wrong... they are cheering because they are proud to their anthem...even in NFL they always do that and you cannot blame them...and should not impose that they are not disciplined because we are different from them- that is really pathetic...moreover, they can't or they chose not to sing their anthem because its a different rendition...and the reason why americans are allowed to change the tone, that is because star spangled banner is really hard to sing
@@prodigy2754 whistling is sooooo respectful I learned how to be respectful thanks teacher dumbass I mean Mr. wrong spelling and I'm totally on the topic of "and the reason why Americans are allowed to change the tone, is because the star-spangled banner is really hard to sing -Marvel Legaspi" yeah totally
As a Filipino American the “commotion” Americans make during her singing is of respect and more a booster. Don’t bring ur petty ass comment trying to downgrade America’s for cheering.
What a beautiful song both are and what a great voice to sing it, but even more electrifying was hearing people come together to sing the phillipne National Anthem.
Actually its not difficult thats why its hard for them to sing its because the one who is singing it changes the tone or they're making different rendition of it not like Lupang Hinirang that you have to sing it the way it has to be sung
@@kianemosende9535 well ganyan talaga sila kahit sa NFL di mo sila masisisi kasi iba naman sila mas liberated sila...atleast they are cheering for being proud of their anthem
