U.S. Military Woodland Outer Tactical Vest (Interceptor Body Armor) 

Hi guys today we're going to be taking a look at a very clean example of the Outer Tactical Vest part of the Interceptor Body armor system. This was introduced in the early 2000s and it a pretty iconic piece of gear being seen worn in the Invasion of Iraq in 2003 by primarily U.S. Marines in DCUs. This piece doesn't have any SAPIs but does have the soft Kevlar backing.
