Like how the bike looks, very cool. I'm into shopping around for some great bike tires and want to know what type are those? And are there any other ones that you could recommend that's similar or better
On a variety of hills what happens to the speed? If it climbs a variety of hills at 50kph its got potential as a commuter but if its speed drops off and forces riders to the side it will fail the commuting test in cities with hills. If it climbs at 50kph I would buy one.
@ Peter Williamson - tested this bike today up steep hills it does not lose power unless battery is under 40% of charge then controller restricts power. yes its real moto and can handle steep hills. What is your weight? i ride at 95kgs + gear. cheers Nic.
Thanks Nic. A video showing a city street with good camber being climbed at commuting speed would greatly help your cause. The footage of people riding Ubcos on trails with mountains in the background infer climbing ability but of course they are not credible.
@@peterwilliamson4296 Hi Peter, cant test ubco work bikes bike on city streets up hills. Have to wait for the ubco adventure bikes to come out in Aust that is at least 2 months away. EBMX has heaps of bikes to distribute and sell so not favoring ubco in anyway. we don't work for ubco... Have not viewed others ubco reviews just know what we have found out so far and reporting on that.. that's all :)
@@EBMXtreme Thank you. I think e motorbikes that can even do city speeds are exciting. I cant believe that Honda havnt put up a line of e motorbikes yet like Zero. Honda are one of the best bike builders ever yet they have been stuck in e bike "concept mode" for years! I wish you well with the ubco adventure bike.
@@peterwilliamson4296 most of the majors are not there yet with electric for obvious reasons with oil company kickbacks etc.. but it gives the boutique firms first strike advantage and to get ahead with great E products and brand themselves.... like Ubco .. its a nice little bike :)
