Guts. To me, that's what describes KK. She does not shy away from takin' it to 'em! Remember, she and Ashlynn came onto the UCONN team right from HIGH SCHOOL and look how far they took the team this past year! There are many reasons for this and some include the history of UCONN women's basketball having won 11 National Championships, the coaches and staff and the incredible strength and adulation they get from the UCONN fans (including me). Interestingly, players like KK and Ash gravitate to UCONN like a moth to a flame because of one of these factors that, we the public don't see is the pressure -the pressure these players have to face day in and day out because the expectations for them are so high. It's all about winning a National Championship. Players who come to UCONN have to face incredible scrutiny from the minute they walk onto UCONN's beautiful campus and at the same time they have to keep their eyes on the prize, winning our next National Championship #12! We know it's a lot, but that's why we LOVE them so much!!!

Hi can't wait for the season to start UConn all the players there all they have to do is play together and stay healthy.

It is my firm belief that KK is going to come out swinging this year. Once the game slows down for her, she is going to realize she can slice into the lane all day long and that will open up Paige and Co to do some serious damage. All she needs to do is learn to see the basket as she makes her move and those wild Euro layups will become foul shots or easy deuces. Opponents should not sleep on her. Peace, Fellas! PS. When I am back on my feet, I am going to Belize for vacation. Nothing sexier than kicking back in the clear blue with good Peeps and a cold one in hand.

Good show guys. I'm glad you focused on KK & Ashlynn on this show. Their contributions last year were huge. Without those 2 I doubt UCONN would have made it to the Sweet 16. I'll miss Aaliyah & Nika and yes there's a lot of great talent coming back, barring no more injuries. 🤞🤞 But I look forward to seeing a lot of KK & Ashlynn next year and 2 more after that. Side note: With all the weird injuries the last 3 years we can't ignore another important factor and that is the convid vax. I wonder how many injuries to women college basketball players, not only UCONN, were players who also received the convid vax? It could be more than just a coincidence. Just saying.

The only reason Iowa beat UCONN, is because of UCONNS depleted player roster, because of injures.

HC of Iowa WCBB Lisa Bluder had only signed one five-star recruit the past four years Catlin Clark. Yet Iowa made it to the championship game and final fours during this period. Coach Bluder is one of the best. Oh yea, Clark's assist totals at Iowa prove she played in a structured offense. Over the past four years, how many five-star recruits have signed at South Carolina, Stanford, UConn, LSU, etc???

Advice to WNBA players…do not look at NBA now. Think back to 1960s. Remember NBA doubleheaders?
