The students at UConn shared their thoughts about mental health with LTU. Mental health has been a subject that has been historically misunderstood, however, the conversation around the topic has been shifting in recent years. The University of Connecticut is one of many universities that recognizes the impact mental health has on students and prioritizes providing professional assistance. The UConn students LTU spoke to gave their thoughts on how mental health is handled and discussed in the United States. They also talk about their own experiences regarding mental health give their advice on how to take care of your mental health.
