Hooker fairly deserves a title shot for the BMF. But if UFC wants him to qualify for this by fighting someone, it should be Dustin and him again. If not, a better option would be Gaethje. Dan is like a badger to me. A typical Kiwi guy who doesn’t believe in giving up. So it’s fair to say, he deserves a shot on the BMF title. Himself knowing this, I believe Hooker will give it all again and it’ll be the most entertaining event.

Not crazy at all, he just beat a top 5 fighter. He is literally one win away from being worthy of a title shot. The position he’s in now he could even step in as a late notice replacement against islam depending on the circumstances.

Dan is looking at 4 incredible options. Gaethje or Olivera are two new matchups that I think line him up for a title shot if he wins. They are both absolute banger matchups too. Then you have DP looking for a final retirement fight, and their first fight was incredible. I think Dan and Dustin have both leveled up since then and I would watch that rematch any day. If Max loses the FW title fight, I think Hooker makes sense for him too in terms of continuing down the LW bracket. I think he’s something like #8 or #9, and it would take him up the rankings, all while giving Dan an exciting opportunity to get the BMF belt. Regardless of who the match up is, if Dan wins it, I think he’s next for a shot at Islam. Unfortunately I don’t think that is a fight many of us are chomping at the bit for.

Oh, for DAMN sure! That was my immediate thought: Max v Dan for BMF, once Max gets his other shiny belt back. No other fighter makes sense for BMF. Oh, and for what it's worth, I did quite well betting on the Hangman. Fuckin' love that guy! For what it's worth, I wanted the Gaethje v Hooker fight a few years ago. Two crazy fuckers who absolutely LOVE to fight! So I love this fight. But Dan embodies BMF, just as Max does.

Still not convinced hooker can compete with the top 5. If you know gamrot you know he has a weak chin, to say hooker had no chance is crazy. BUT max & justin probably school dan, comfortably. Wouldn't be a great fight
