We head out boat camping on the river for the night. Start off with some amazing venison and morel mushroom meal and luck into some nice blue cats that wake us up through out the night. We used large chunks of carp and drum to target larger catfish. Sunrise was beautiful and we awoke to the biggest fish peeling drag bright and early. Unfortunately we had some boat trouble on way back in and thought we may have to paddle back. What a night!
Boat Camping on the Missouri river has its challenges but the rewards are defiantly worth it.
