The scale up visa is a new points-based visa for migrant workers who have been recruited by a UK scale up sponsor, and who have the skills necessary to enable the sponsor’s business to continue growing.
This visa is designed to allow those with a suitable job offer at the required skill level from a recognized UK scale up for a minimum period of only 6 months.

Hello, I checked the list of sponsors but couldn't find any which come under scale up category.

Hi sir! Hope you are doing well! According to the new ISL list, occupations such as IT jobs that fall under the SW(Skilled Worker Visa)are not recommended for the ISL as their occupation-specific threshold (defined by the median salary) is above £38,700 and therefore would not receive any salary discount. Does it mean that SW(Skilled Worker Visa) shall be scrapped or closed? How will the companies such as TCS UK, Infosys UK, Amazon UK, Google UK, and others be able to hire Skilled candidates from India If the SW(Skilled Worker Visa) is stopped to fall under ISL? I came across a news from a newspaper called The Mint in India which states that people who are working on a skilled worker visa will not need to apply for sponsorship after completion of four years in the UK. Their visa will automatically be renewed for the next 10 years without renewal of sponsorship. Would not it affect the ILR and PR deadlines If the British Home Office implements a new law of 10-year visa from April 2024? Does extending the visa deadline mean scrapping or making ILR and PR difficult? Thank you

The 10 year rule is for the company not the employee
