Our songs still call Christian God "taivaan isä" (father of the sky).🤔 Perhaps that is the old influence of Ukko.

Very likely! I remember talking with a neighbour kid that thunder is caused by god being angry. The lore had passed on to a new god.

@@Anttimation sorry. I mean the Romans considered Thor to be hercules. So since Ukko is the equivalent of the germanic Thor then he would also be considered Hercules by interpretatio romana.
