Ukraine's military struggles to fend off Russia's advance as dwindling supplies of ammunition hamper their efforts on the battlefield. CNN's Nick Paton Walsh reports. #CNN #News
Biden already declared 8 months ago that Putin has lost this war. 😂😂 The west is led by corrupt, senile, power obsessed liars. It’s okay. Pretty soon the U.S. is going to have to start monetizing the debt, and then it will all collapse. Let’s just pray these senile boomers don’t push the big red button out of spite because they lost their grip on power.
prob cause she's a pro russia cable news junkie, like all the pensioners that stayed in towns/villages, i guess you get pretty adept at telling lies watching that much russia1
No. She said that the AFU soldiers move around civilian buildings. This is a standard tactic that's used by all military forces incl the US military and the Police and SWAT teams. If you fight close to a settlement ? then you are forced to use the buildings as an added cover.
In a front-line cities like Chasiv Yar over 90% of the population left their homes. In Chasiv Yar there was 13000 people in 2021, now there are few hundreds. Those who stay usually want to live in Russia.
That's not what the people said in this video, but they said something to the effect of "looking forward to if Russia captures the village" because the amount of grenades and bombs will lessen. Later. The old lady left the village anyway because she doesn't know how the RUS soldiers will react to her staying. They can suspect her of helping the AFU and execute her and her husband, so, safer to leave and they can actually come back by way of Russia after the war ends and if their house is Russian@@phdcmd
No kidding. If US can turn their backs like this because of a petty disagreement in congress, imagine if you sided with them in a war.Use you up and forget about you.Looks like Germany made the right call about US when they were hesitant to get involved with this at the start.
No that's American bullshit propaganda, they are nearly as bad a Russia. However if you knew anything about the war you'd know that Russia is pulling (at the oldest) t55's from cold war storage so something must be going wrong, at the very least in vehicle manpower, unless you think America pulling out M47 Patton's from storage would be a normal thing during wartime, if not don't be a hypocrite and ignore the fact that Russia is a the very least slightly struggling
@@peterparker-jr4xk It was said that Russia obtained millions of shells from North Korea whereas South Korea rented 500,000 shells to US (for supply to Ukraine). France promised to produce more for Ukraine but they are lacking nitrocotton due to EU ban of cotton from Xinjiang. You know, China is producing 70% of the nitrocotton in the world. Although China is neutral in this war and will not directly sell to Ukraine and Russia, Xinjian cotton is freely available in the market for whoever want to buy it to produce shells.
It's a media propaganda. To show western world that they can still fight. But even if it's true, will it stop the Russian advance? Absolutely not. Eastern Ukraine is in shamble.
Зачем русским переговоры ? Техника НАТО уничтожена , более 700000- солдат Украины уничтожены. Макрона ждут, уничтожат тех кто придет с ним. Европа будет разочарована.

Apparently people think that if you are fighting a full-out war as the underdog sucessfully and run out of ammo you should still be expected to win it🤷
They were not successful at any point of the war. They simply hoped they would deal some decent damage and use up Russia supplies enough to weaken them. They have spent more money in that area by far than Russia has.
The entire nato combined doesn't have the same artillery capacity as Russia. That ammo is outta question. The question is why is Ukraine so bad at defence strategy? Ukrainian soldiers hiding behind civilians. Nothing new, Russia is trying very hard to avoid civilian casualties. That’s why this is talking longer for them, they are being careful
I listened with all ears and i understood that the war is not as the west told to the world....Ukrainians belive that Russians are making the war with NATO lovers.
This is a lie. No part of Ukraine hates Zelensky. This is not true! I gave a Ukrainian family place in my house as a good will. They ARE from this part of Ukraine. When Russians sent a rocket to Odessa during the Zelensky and Greek PM visit, all family members were deeply concerned and even crying and praying. Why are you lying?

Not as unlucky as all the wounded men that Russia leaves behind on the battle fields, or the ones that get shot by their own officers. Russia even refuses to take the bodies of their fallen comrades back in order to avoid compensating the families.
It goes back to ussr. Russia gave Crimea to Ukraine and after ussr broke up, it gave them convenient reason to ask for it back. Crimea made some requests for autonomy but Ukraine denied those and who really knows how legitimate the vote for it was. Then Russia invaded Crimea and annexxed it in 2014. And then it was just matter of time before Putin wanted full scale attack on Ukraine but Russia's army was very poor and unprepared, so theyve been just sending people for meat grinder for past 2 years and here we are.
@@petardetar5191 Well its kinda pointless really because it did happen in the end regardless. You could see it as Ukraine trying to grab more land for itself, but its the same for russia regarding crimea. It has changed hands multiple times over the history and now most recently russia annexed it. And speaking of annexation, going to be interesting to see what will happen with Siberia since they want autonomy from russia.
@@valtonen77 This fight isnt over Crimea. It's over the two separatist regions (Donetsk and Luansk) in the Donbas that declared their independence and started a civil war. It was triggered by the coup in 2014 to overthrow the then president of Ukraine, Yanukovich. Ukraine was politically divided between it's Pro-EU western half and it's pro-Russian East (eastern Ukraine was culturally and linguistically more Russian), and things between these two sides heated slowly over many years, pre-2014, and then boiled over in the form of protests that escalated into a coup. The pro-EU side took control of the government and formed an ad-hoc government, and then began targeting the thorn in their side, pro-Russian Ukrainian citizen. Some people got shoved into a building and burned alive (I saw a video of a man crucified and burned alive by neo-nazis), the Russian language got banned (eastern parts of Ukraine spoke Russian, Crimea having the highest consentration of pro-Russians), and other stuff. This scared the crap out of regions with high percentages of Russian speaking Ukrainians and this triggered separatist movements in Eastern Ukraine. Russia had a large military base in Crimea that it was renting from Ukraine in order to have access to the Black Sea, since the soviet collapse. In other words, Russia already had soldiers in Crimea since the fall of the USSR. Crimea had been trying to succeed from Ukraine for 25 years prior to 2014, and had been begging for a referendum. When the chaos of the coup happened, Crimea suddenly held that referendum, and "little green men" appeared that prevented the Ukrainian army from stopping the referendum (these men dressed in green with no insignia were obviously Russian soldiers from the Russian Naval base in Crimea.) The Crimeans, being scared shitless of the ad-hoc pro-EU government and being the most intensely pro-Russian region in Ukraine, and who was already trying to secede, was obviously going to vote to join Russia. Donetsk and Luansk saw this, and also wanted to secede to Russia. But all Russia was interested in was securing it's Black Sea Naval Port in Crimea. So those two regions decided to fight for independence instead. After 8 years of civil war, and a failure to settle this civil war with the Minsk agreements, Russia invaded in order to force Ukraine into implementing it (it involved giving those two regions semi-autonomy, and recognizing Crimea's referendum). Initially, Zelenski was ready to talk, but then he was dissuaded by some NATO country leaders and promised full support in taking everyting back...so Zelenski chose to fight instead. And now here we are, western leaders not giving Ukraine wat they promised when they dissuaded Ukraine from negotiating peace.
@@tylerdurden3722 I see that you prefer alternative history to the factual events of Russia instigating the "civil war" in Donbas, and of course holding some fake referendums where they made up the results as they pleased, and then used their fake results as justification to invade and murder civilians for past 2 years.
A perverse truth here. Helping Trump into the US presidency was Putin's supreme accomplishment as dictator. A Trump 2nd term would have wrecked NATO from within. European countries have now committed twice as much funding to help Ukraine as the United States. We've been generous, but this time our allies are stepping up, too. Half of the Russian army was destroyed without the participation of a single American soldier. At the same time, only 5% of our annual defense budget was spent. We must continue to support Ukraine," James Stavridis, former Supreme Allied Commander of NATO.
I do agree that what they have been feeding Americans for a year was pure propaganda bullshit but are you trying to sell this fake narrative that Ukraine started the war? Or are you trying to say that Ukraine should have never fought and just gave up their country easily?
It's incredible how Europe and US can act this much against its own interests. When the consequences of this arrive they will have only themselves to blame.
While Europe is in danger, the US isn't. It makes fiscal sense for the US to press the Europeans to foot the bill instead. Specially given that Russia has spent up most of its Soviet reserve equipment

Uh-oh. The mainstream media let a couple people speak their minds and say they're ambivalent about being governed from Kiev or Moscow. How did that make it past editing?
American soldier: "There's no point in trying to paint this in any sort of light where it's good for us that Russia takes Ukraine. That's going to be very very bad for *us* geopolitically". So there we have it - he admits that it's not about saving Ukrainian lives or sovereignity, it's about sustaining American power abroad.
