I don't want to ruin anyone's day but that is literally what is happening in the song. The dominant chord on the first "ukrainian boy" creates tension as dominant chords typically do, but instead of returning to the tonic, the cadence is suspended which feels like a rush of unresolved tension (especially as it typically resolves throughout the song).

@@joekreissl4499I think the "aging well" was in reference to the fact that trump was subsequently actually impeached (twice) and now faces even more criminal charges (though looking at the age of the comment, the latter is immaterial). Also, this does relate to the war quite heavily as Trump withheld vital aid that the Ukraine needed in terms of arms and military equipment bc they refused to comply with his request to send over the information on Hunter Biden. This helped to militarily weaken the Ukraine for a while, arguably (inadvertently or not is up to your guess) helping the Russian invasion progress as far as it has.
