Very honestly,I am sitting with 45 crystal solvents right now and at lvl 46 at the moment. However much that might seem on paper,when I look at how much exp it takes to level up,I just know there's no realistic way I can push to 50 here. So might as well take it easy for now,let the dailies and events naturally push me there. Besides,since the costs of Lvl 80s are so astronomical and I am already out of Shell credits due to trying to get 3 main DPS resonators barely operational,along with this tacet field event,might as well chill. 1.1 is but a few days away.

Probably, a lot of people hoard these solvents to build 1.1 characters faster (Jinhsi, Changli)? At least, I do.

Waiting doesn't make a difference. Let's say you need 5 runs to level up: You use solvents worth 5 runs? your next 5 normal runs will be enhanced. You did 5 normal runs? Your next 5 solvent runs will be enhanced. You gain nothing by not using the solvents (With the sole exception being mats for 1.1 characters).

Honestly, I spend most of my solvents, currently just hit UL48. I think it’s efficient to spend it on character skills material domain/ boss material as long as we don’t spend it on tacet field. At least that’s what I’m doing atm, hoarding just enough skills material to lvl up my encore’s skill to 8/10 and weapon to lvl80. (Still hoarding for Rover/ changli’s material)

No it’s the most efficient to farm shell credits and other simulation trainings and only farming mats when you break the next sol phase. Tacet fields are premium, do them when you have 5, 10, or even 15 million shell credits

Is simulation training the best way to farm shell credits? I'm sitting at 2.8m right now and don't think that's enough to level all my characters once I hit UL50 in the next few days

ppl already id the math. best use of solvents is shell credits from 30 to 50. The faster you spend them the better. ofc after you raise your main dps

i was one of them and i dont need them right now. I'm UL 47 and until 1.1 comes out i wll be UL 50. I have 3 out of 4 Echos double crit for Jinhsi and waiting for Jue. I will spend some to get the matirials for Jinhsi faster at UL 50, but i will not spend them all for nothing if i dont need to....

UL 45 with 50 solvents here. Not rushing to get to 50 and not worrying that not going to get UL 60 for a month or so. Using my solvents when NEEDED. Id be worrying IF UL 50 & 60 rewards gives 200% or 500% more and im missing out but its not so again not rushing it. I suggest people should not be pressured in rushing higher UL. Thats just my take

@@huejanus1333yeah thats why I said “Id be worrying if 200/500% more but its not”. The rush and using solvents is not worth it esp theres no huge reward in reaching UL 50, 60 or whatever.

Yep it's the same situation when WuWa streamers urge their viewers to rush Lv40 cuz they're sweaty for that lv20 data bank but in reality u still get 4 star echoes when u farm them LMAAOO

@@JnPieright?? Suggesting players to use all solvents to reach higher UL for that extra 1 or 2 drop is crazy, where you can use your limited amount of solvents for future use when you really need to use it.

I’m F2P currently UL46 nearing 47. If I were to use solvents to push 50 this week, how would you suggest splitting my waveplate usage? As you said I know shell credits are gonna be a pain but you also said we could consider waiting for 50 for shell credits. What then do you think is the best things to prefarm from 47-50? Thanjs

The forgery drops are dog poo. 11 runs so far not a single yellow, 5 blues more than 6, got 2 purples once. Saving solvents is a waste of time, then benefit is too marginal for most cases.

do you think jue echo would work on changli since jue buffs reasonance skill dmg? Or would inferno rider still be her BIS?

Jue is from the celestial light set which is a spectro dps set, changli is a fusion hybrid character so I would not recommend it

I'll just save my solvent, rn have Chalcaro 70, Rover 70, Jianxin 70, all talents and weapon maxed out, and still have 7m shell credit. I'll just hoard my shell credit for Jinhsi 70 and Changli 70.

@@itzraven3255 I think most people waste their shell credits on building a lot of character, weapon, and echo. I literally only have Chalcaro, Rover, Jianxin properly built. My Verina is sitting at 50 with no talent upgraded, and all of her echo is at +0. And I know for a fact that 7m isn't that much, considering it will all gone when I reach UL50, rn sitting at UL46. I will use all of my waveplates to prepare for at least Jinhsi material at least until her 80, and also Rover 80. After that I'll just invest all of my waveplates on shell credits. Once I hit UL 50, I'll start farming for Chalcaro 80 and Jianxin 80. It's just a repeat of pattern, I've been doing that since UL30. Although it's really holding you back with your ToA progress since I didn't pull for Jiyan or Yinlin, and mostly have my echo sitting at +15 to +20. The most I can do is 16* on Hazard Tower.
