Wow, thanks for the shout out. Made my morning, glad the chip seems to work for your application. They are handy for alot of things and as you say pretty robust.
Ps I take out the old speakers add resistor use pm they play better have a 20 & 70 working a parts 90 . mice usually ate the cones when you get a 20$ philco. mice ate the 90cabinet 😂
