Love how even with all his expertise and knowledge, coach Greg is still very willingly to learn more from other people...kudos to him and obviously Eric
This style of exercising has been a game changer for me. I can feel my muscles stretching out and my mobility is getting so much better. I am excited to go to the gym with this style of training because I feel so much better after and during recovery. Thank you for the excellent content Eric and for Coach Greg showcasing this on his channel.
Interesting how bodybuilding evolved, these top athletes hardly use free weights. In the past cables were used mainly for isolation exercises the end of the training. Nowadays they are main hypertrophy tools.
Cant say enough about the method, there are several studies showing 15% more gain why stretch in load. One wasn’t a pull it was calves. They even have some on chickens. I have changed 90% of my workout thanks to Eric. Several of the people I train have bad shoulders and the mobility of these exercises have taken the pain away one guy couldn’t hold his hands over his head and now he can press 45 per hand. You should be sweating and out of breath the entire time.
Thanks Eric and Greg.. What a back workout!.. which can be applied to bodybuilders and guys who are obsessed in getting in the best possible shape and looking great!
Looking forward to it. I'm not sure if you are aware, but you are very photogenic. [Looks at Eric's social media] okay maybe you are aware that you're photogenic lol
9:35 I always felt the same about unilateral back movements, and I treat my training almost like loaded physical therapy since I'm coming from a recovery mindset after having cancer treatment, everything was atrophied so my only focus is hypertrophy, interesting to see someone confirm my thoughts so often, we train very similarly, glad I found a new real channel to reference
