I like pyramid stack! It’s CHALLENGING and TOUGH and I really LOVED this one all core. I was feeling those mountain climbers and the bicycle WHEW! LOL! GREAT workout Amy😅
Pyramids are not my favorite, but my heart was pumping and the sweat dripping. I did have to go standing on a couple climbers bc my right hip was popping.

I like the pyramid stack for body weight. I don't like the pyramid stacks when we add weight because the transition is too quick. I feel like when I rush through those transitions, my form suffers. Thank you for all the great workouts! ❤ 💪
Well that certainly lived up to the sweat challenge, sweat is pouring off me! I had sweat pooling in my eye socket for one of the bicycle rounds, that was a first! 😂 Amazing full body workout!
Welp I was going to do a different cardio that I missed, but when I was ready to do it i found this one. It was a love/hate relationship for the stack. But definitely needed this in my workout! Do anotherAmy! And love you keeping it Real!! 😊
Good one! usually think this won’t burn as much as metcon but burned 222 - so not bad (54 yo, 5’ 7”, 175). Love how you explain moves and talk us through. Other Utube fitness gurus I use, don’t. So, Ty!
I am not a fan of the bodyweight cardio stack... it is good for me and I leave the workout feeling great. I would like more of these. The stacks are a good mental, endurance challenge.
