Totally Feel good workout! Love everything about it, ufortunately I find myself skipping the active recovery workouts, I am gonna try not to, because right now I feel how much I actually need it! Thanks Amy!:-)
I usually don't enjoy using mini bands all that much, however this workout was really good and I loved the addition of the mini and long band! The first part almost felt more like a strength workout lol and then ending with some good stretches was perfect! 😉
@@nattywho I literally just meant where are they, because this one was labelled 9 but the previous one was labelled 6, which implied the existence of days 7 and 8, but at the time I posted this, those two didn't appear to be on the channel or the playlist, so I didn't know where to find them. It looks like they've since been added but were just posted out of order. Anyway I don't think she actually records one a day, but probably does several at a time then spaces them out for upload.
