It’s Day #20 of your Summer Fit '24 SWEAT Challenge! Get ready to strengthen and sculpt your upper body and core while mixing in HIIT cardio intervals. Start back to basics with strength, then add a HIIT interval to keep your heart pumping. Alternate between circuits for arms, back, shoulders, and chest, with abs and obliques. This workout uses dumbbells and/or kettlebells and optional mini bands, but it can also be done by body weight only.

Yes!! I love when you do upper body/core one day and lower body/core on another! I also love that you add some BW cardio in between the strength moves!!

Quick but it got the work done! I like splitting up the body parts! You can really focus either on the upper or lower body, thank you!

I very much prefer a total body workout vs a split workout but it's always good to be pushed outside of our comfort zones!! Thanks Amy!! ❤

I really enjoyed the knee drop into a reverse crunch. Good move that we don't see a lot, so thank you Amy! I also appreciated the length of the workout. It was a good one to be able to get in before starting my work day.

Yes! This was a great workout! I like the split as well. What you mentioned about getting fatigued from filming more than one workout makes me think I need to 2 workouts on some days.

This was the perfect combo of moves and I really enjoyed the format as well. I added in my bench for the chest press and tris which I loved! You know I love split workouts for the variety. This one was awesome! 😍

Ending the month strong :) still working on finishing up May and adding those on Saturdays with mobility on Sundays up to day 17 there. Thank you so much amy for keeping me fit and being consistent for us. You are my hero and plan to follow your exercises as long as you have them and I'm physically able. Keep up the great work and know you ARE enough and loved because of it.

Great workout, but really difficult to figure out the appropriate weight to use for each exercise. "Heavy" for arm curls is very different than "heavy" for squats, for example. It would be helpful if you would tell how much actual weight you are using, then each of us can adjust accordingly, knowing how our strength differs from yours.
