Set out to build a super budget cheap pro rig that was more functional than builds 3 times the cost. I don't think you have to spend lots of money to get a decent rig, no matter which camera you use.

💯. It was off-putting at first because a lot of RU-vidrs said you had to spend to get started. I found it wasn't much different than any other camera.

very good my brother on the live app, The only reason I went for a $150 cage which was like £109 is one new it would cost $270, with top handle and sd holder hdmi . It can break down to an half rig also I know the threads of the hole will be good and stay good no cross threading. so I got a Tilta .....yes it look good too. For my original BMPCC i have a cheap cage that works well

I bought the capture card and plugged it in to the bmpcc. And nothing. How do you get the phone to show the display?

What device do you have? Is your phone capable? Please try the capture card on your PC with OBS or zoom to make sure the card is working.
