A science based chest training session, LOOKS LIKE THIS. It takes the most evident aspects of training that cause muscle growth, and puts them together. This means we're creating overload and mechanical tension, loaded stretch and lengthened partials, and metabolic fatigue or metabolite accumulation -- ALL in one single session! But in doing so, you also have to balance this with overall volume to avoid doing TOO much in a single workout.
So in this video, I walk you through an entire Chest and Back training session and narrate the entire workout so that you know WHAT I'm doing, WHY I'm doing it, and HOW it's effective!

I wish the weight stack went higher -- for most exercises it's fine but for some I can max it out, so I wish it just hit 50lbs more or so. Functionality wise, though, it's great!
