I don't know about the low base damage part, I've done a lot of testing myself and a lot of flamecharm mantras seem to do quite good damage, If not many can actually scale quite high either small modification or so on without burn damage. I'd say it's likely higher on average than many thundercall commonly used mantras on their own, For example Flame sentinel, Ballista, tornado spark fire forge all do more damage than stuff like grand javelin for example, Thundercalls only probably higher if you count stuff like bolt piercer One thing you should also mention is the paths for flamecharm offer different playstyles. Eruption path for example is a more defensive take on flamecharm, offering even the best anti-guardbreak talent. Twisted is more also defensive a bit but a bit offensive depending how you use it with just an overall theme of ether drain on burn damage. While azure is just a straight up damage upgrade from burns or posture for eruption path. Flame wisp also isn't exactly passive anymore, You need to be actively burning people to receive healing, Flame wisp also changes based on the path you use. Twisted only heals if your puppets hits someone, Probably the worst path for flame wisp, While eruption is obviously based off eruptions. It also has amazing synergy with flame within as it acts as a way to reduce the burn damage on you

for the hero blade one id personally go 55 will and 90 int cuz then I can get like 70% Pen but gaze lvl 4 and exahustion strike lvl 4 are good

Yo actually wouldnt pyre keeper be better for arcwarder since you can use Arc:Null to counter enchants as you have built in blazing, this would counter things such as nemisis, tears of edenkite and deto.

wdym flame is like in the top 3 worst attunements, gale,frost or attunementless are like 10 times better (i literally 5 barred a friend with frost and was 1 hp with flame)
