exactly, and what about time under tension? would be way more effective if he actually did them slow, but then explosive movements can be important too for calisthenics but sureely way more risky for beginners to get injured with bad form and fast movement...

I think he does it fast because he can actually manage to control the negative at that pace based on the strength level of his core notwithstanding the fact that going slower is best for control but he's advanced

i think full body workouts are the only thing needed for a beginner. i started doing videos recently as well, but most of them focused on single bodyparts. i'm gonna start making full body workouts too!

Great full body workout Mike. I just finished this workout with a few modifications due to limited equipment availability, but overall it was very intense. There were moments were I thought I was going to past out especially during the squat and kneeling squat jump sets. Overall, it was a great mix of exercises that challenged the body and given my body type it fit perfectly in the way I like to work out. Keep the vids coming especially the full body workouts.

not everyone can do a routine this hard, depends on their over all health, physical strength and endurance you have got to be working out for years and years to develop strength like this doesnt happened over night this guy is really great and great motivation

+Omar Obaidi yeah I do this type of training everyday at my house cause it's fun and you can switch up the excersises constantly for better results. I'd rather have very strong cardio and muscular endurance/ functionality than have powerlifting strength but no cardio or endurance. To each his own though, I get too bored doing strength style training.

This is very high level. However its a complete workout and can be customised to your level. Instead of 4 sets of everything reduce it to 3 to start with. Instead of 15 reps do 10 and so forth. On heavy weight like deadlift snd squats do a what u can do as opposed to your body weight and eventually it’ll be good. I started like that and 2 months in, I can do the whole workout now I do it once a week to keep in check. Super workout👏

he has 3 work out videos, I would use to train with at the gym this is the HEAVY day then take a day off (active rest) the second is one where he does lunges with a bar bell on his back (Medium), day off (active rest), then the light one is the one that he call the "400" workout or something like that. then I would take a solid day off (depends on soreness) and get back on that routine again, that regemine helped so much it made me eat clean since I was putting in so much damn work.

I just ordered all the things i need to do for this workout. When I have them i 'm gonna start this "hyper training". In my gym only the trainers are allowed to use dumbbells, because it's a school gym, so I workout at home.

smart program and good body look. it's like with perfect proportions or something you dont ool like a monster, but you fit. that's why half of the program is core muscles and abc training. but this training looks so individual as it perfect fot you but not for everybody. thank you anyway. it was helpful

But there is no need for so much volume in one workout as he is just going to burn out that's just a fact and nothing to do with being lazy all though i do respect his mind set .

+Barry Mclaughlin I just tried this for the first time today and I can tell you that although some of it was pretty challenging, I definitely don't feel over-trained. I think this focuses more on conditioning and stamina rather than muscle building, but I think it's a good routine if you want to be more explosive, powerful and agile. With all that said; I must say that I do like this routine, but I will be tweaking it out a bit for my own goals. I'm definitely doing this once a week, every Friday, for the next 3 months.

just did this workout in the gym, great for burning fat, will incorporate a full body into my schedule at least once a week, people thinking you would look weird doing this in the gym, you need to get over that fear and focus on yourself not other people, you dont lift for the guy opposite you, you lift for yourself!
