As a person with a stutter, I gotta say I do sympathize with both Bush and Barack. Even in normal conversation, I have to change what I'm going to say because i'm stuttering on a certain word... and things may not come out as I intend them to.

I was born in 97 as well and I've researched Bush's first campaign and let me tell you the guy knew how to get the voters. damn shame what an awful president he turned out to be, but he talked a good game. i, now being 18, am proud to say that I am using my first vote ever on Senator Cruz of Texas. There are some things I do miss about Bush. The Daily Show was definitely at its best, and it was so easy to trash on the Yanks back then.
