My heart is pounding! That was great : ) . I have a question. Do you have anything for abs for a person that had their abs separate from pregnancy? I have to work mine back together. My last baby, that is now three, aided in my abs separating near my belly button and I have pain there still.
+Andrea Brasier Hi Andrea! Way to crush that workout & for your positive feedback. You're not alone, and if fact, we have several moms that train with us at our physical MBB location that have experienced some abdominal separation, too. Ahh the things we go through for our kids! Barring surgery (which we don't recommend) you will still have separation, but you can lower your body fat percentage, to tighten things up there. These kind of workouts, coupled with clean eating will absolutely get you there, with consistency :)

+Eugenia This particular workout is best suited for intermediate & advanced exercisers, BUT we have several beginner fat burning beginner kettlebell workouts here on our channel that will be right up your alley!
+De'R Wiljems (HYH) You will see results by doing this routine (and/or any others on our channel) at least 3 days per week & eating clean. Caloric deficit is essential for any weight loss/fat loss to occur. If this is your only workout for the day, double it & you'll be good! Push hard & stay consistent :)
+Daniel Garcia The one I'm using in this video is 40lbs. You'll want to use a medium-ish weight kettlebell for this routine, because we want to move swiftly through the swings, and because we're going overhead with the windmills. Hope this helps, and thanks for watching!
+Daniel Garcia Awesome! That really depends on each individuals fitness level. You can always try it with the 40lbs kettlebell, then work up to heavier...like 70-80lbs :)
