If you only have 20 minutes to exercise, then we highly suggest that this is the workout you choose. Trainer Yumi Lee of Reebok CrossFit Lab will take you through an intense kettlebell workout that will not only work every part of your body, but is also sure to get your heart beating quickly too. *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

This was my first ever kettlebell work out. Mine is only 10lbs, but let me tell you... This was probably one of the most challenging workouts I have ever done. But I loved it !! As a yoga instructor I'm trying to do more strength training. This is a beast a** workout !

This was a really good workout. I have been away from exercise for a year, and I really need to get healthy again. I figured a kettlebell workout would be my best bet...short, intense, effective. Love this one!

Oh my - incredible! First workout day before yesterday, day off yesterday as doing a lot of walking, needed it as legs killed! Workout completed just now, tired limbs but.............feel fab! First workout in a long time that I actually ache after - must be good yes?! Thanks love it!

this was a great workout! She goes quickly, but I love the constant reminders as you go. Also, love the energy in the room and the feedback from the other girls working out with her. Also, nice to have a good, yet relatively short workout for those with limited time. I was definitely sweating by the end. For those who were wondering about weight of kettlebells, I started off using a 5 lb the first time I did it and you work your way up just like with anything. Just make sure you're using correct form for the exercises! You are able to figure things out without hurting yourself when you use lighter weight (i'm not a doctor, just my observation!)

This workout looks deceptively easy. By the end I was so sweaty and tired. One of the hardest short workouts on RU-vid. No breaks or rest periods.

I have never done a kettleball class, but this 20 min routine sure brought my whole face & neck to a sweat. I can sure feel it in my quads and upper biceps with the 10 pound kettleball 😁

Excellent routine thank you! I have adapted this to go from 15 reps to zero with increasing weight. Wow it gets me every time. Proper form is extremely important, definitely be careful about that.

I've been doing this workout 5 times a week for 2 months now and it's transformed my body, I've lost weight, I'm toned,my bum is rock hard 💪 🍑 and all it takes is just 20 min of your time. I've been trying all kinds of workouts but I stick with this one because it's simple but yet so effective 😊

Trying to improve my work out since I have been in a plateau for more than 3 months. Based on what I have read, I have to add strength workout and so, I bought kettlebells. This video looks easy but gave me all the sweat!

Just did this and was sweating like a maniac towards the end lol. But it was a great workout, it was the first time for me using a kettlebell. I've started with 4 kgs, because I would rather start a bit lighter than being at the risk of hurting my body with too much too soon.

I love the workout, swings and everything. Never had an injury, probably because I only do it when I am warmed up. So before, I walk uphill on the treadmill fast so I am nice an warm for this routine. I have already noticed a difference in my arms, looking slimmer already!

PLEASE people, do your research first on proper kettlebell technique! The kettlebell swing they show in this video is dangerous and can cause serious injury! If you are a woman new to kettlebells start with 15 pounds for the swing, and work your way up to 25-40 pounds. If your back, arms or knees are feeling the swing, then you know you're doing it wrong. A proper swing will work the muscles in the hips, glutes, hamstrings, lats, abs, and shoulders.

I was taught to have control the KB..They are letting it flop all over the place.. Doing the American swing is asking for shoulder issues..

All positions are awesome. I can do all with no problem. Any more videos for cardio loose the arm fat and back fat exercise with the kettle bell.. Do u have anymore video for me to try?

Thank you!!! I love kettle bells, such a great burner! I felt the same way at the end when Anna said the KB took her to town... No kidding! I used a 10 lb KB and burned well over 200 calories. Efficient!!! Keep them coming!
