Contingency Plan is a very good scout rifle too. And then you can get Blasphermer from Altars of Sorrow for a kinetic slug shotgun for f2p players. Btw f2p players can now farm Moon weapons from Altar of Sorrow, and Dreaming City weapons from the Blind Well.

The main reason I use Hung Jury (adept) above Nightwatch in the endgame is big one spec. If I'm using a scout for GM's etc it's usually to stun champs and slot a major spec. Hung Jury and big one spec just allows me to have a bit more damage on the boss with the scout as well as the majors for those damage-gated back of the map slower boss fights.

I personally use stochastic with Elemental Capacitor with a bottom tree hammer Titan ad clear warmind build I find the lightning fast reload so good for clearing ads

BXR is a great Pulse, but you can't discount Forges Pledge. I have one with Heating Up + Rampage, and when used with my Titan and the Path of the Burning Steps, the thing is unstoppable.

VOUCHSAFE IS A VOID SCOUT AND TOTALLY FREE TO PLAY. It can be aquired by the first Blind well Tier 3 completion of the week on each character as well as ascendant challenges. Both activities require NO DLC and can drop the whole set of Dreaming City Armor and Weapons.

combat bows, you can acquire tyranny of heaven from last wish without dlcs. its possible through a dreaming city glitch thats not hard to explain. tyranny is the only non sunset solar bow that can roll amazing perks.

Arsenic Bite is another great bow option that I use in GMs. Explosive head gives you the same buffs as explosive payload and you can roll that with rampage or dragonfly. Rampage more for end game (rampage x1 and explosive head > vorpal damage, but for all enemy types) and dragonfly for open world/easier content (makes it a D1 fatebringer bow)

I prefer explosive head and dragonfly in hard content. Never been a fan of rampage in GMs. Red bars are just too tanky. I like the extra aoe damage.

@@jshock2008 Having explosive roll with rampage mitigates that though. Explosive allows you to one-shot any low tier red bars in GMs (thrall, dregs, etc.), making it easy to get rampage going, which you can then use on thicker targets. I have both, and while I prefer dragonfly (with the spec) in regular strikes, dares, etc., I absolutely take the rampage roll into harder content. For most weapon types you're totally right, though, the kill requirement for rampage makes it less viable. Cheers.

@@ghostrobot3714 I get what you're saying but I'm switching to special most of the time for thicker targets. I just prefer the damage perk plus the extra aoe for add clear. Like you said, weaker enemies will go down with 1 hit which means more dragonfly explosions for taking out groups with fewer shots. Either way both will get you through a GM.

If you're watching this before Jan 18th before reset do your self a favor and go pick up the Seventh seraph officer revolver from banshee. By far one of my favorite hand cannons for pve AND it makes warmind cells unlike fatebringer. Honestly surprised he didnt put this role in the video or just have it in his list.

surprised you didnt put the ikelos sniper in, as an honorable mention atleast. 4th times and high impact reserves does more dps than a triple tap high impact uzume. only way uzume is better is if you get an adept TT, HIR roll with adept backup mag, and even then only by about 10% more damage

I’m not entirely sure but I believe that there is actually a f2p void scout in the Vouchsafe since that f2p player can participate in the blind well. It is the same archetype as the Nightwatch and shares the same godroll.

Question, is Vouchsafe not a F2P weapon? I thought it was as, and being that it can drop rolls very similar to Nightwatch, including explosive payload, is also a 200, and is void, it is the best energy scout available as a F2P? Or am I buggin?
