A bit of a joke with the spare parts issues. Not typical German efficiency. They are not a toy to be disguarded when broken, the importers should do more.
I'd like to say Umarex has a poor customer service department but truth be told they DONT HAVE a customer service department. It's not horrendous it's non existent. The guns they sell are very nice but pray you don't run into problems with them
Kinda late, but how do you unload the rounds on this thing without shooting them all out? Is there away to remove the rounds once they're inserted. I have a 50 Joule one I bought for home defense and as much as I love it, I've never figured out how to unload the damn thing like I can with my other launchers.
@@PaddyFromPaddistan I started doing this, but you have to be careful as you can damage the spring over time by doing this way according to Less Lethal Defense where I bought it.
