Being and online warrior makes you a good player, but usually just online, while being an offline warrior makes you a good player, but usually just in person. Online and offline Marvel are two different games. They have their own strategies. Blocking online is a million times harder than offline because of lag. You can't take online stuff and use it offline and you can't offline stuff and use it online because some things become unreliable on both
It confuses me on why CJ keeps X factoring against Nova when Mag can build at the very least a bar to DHC into sphere flame killing him while preserving his comeback mechanics.

Maybe because being a 3rd lord doesn't really mean anything at all? Hell, even a cosmic or high lord doesn't mean shit offline. He sucks in comparison to people IN the house, like rog or champ.
CJ should watch himself play. He is way too defensive with Magneto when he can easily go in with him and he is susceptible to overhead mixups. He needs to have more confidence in his offense if he wishes to stand a chance against top players.
Combo talks shit of CJ for several reasons, and he's said them before. For one, he doesn't practice the game. He's on that KoF tip now. CJ plays Marvel as his main game, and still drops shit for days. He lives in a house where they play Marvel for hours, but he still manages to fuck up. You can't help but talk shit. Also, Combo talks shit during play no matter who you are. He was talking shit about Champ, and he's the EVO champ. It's all in good fun though.
No one should feel sorry for CJ. The shit talking these folks do in the house isn't anywhere near as bad as the shit you get from going to any arcade in the big cities. This shit is harmless. You got the suburbanite crowd feeling offended because they think no one should say naughty words to people. Pay them no mind!
