Palestine is first mentioned in the Toroh when Abram brought Sarah and and Lot there from Egypt and its mentioned in the bible 79 times. The ICJ did all we could hope for. It's not them to blame for their rulings being ignored. You should make more effort to inform yourself about current events and involve yourself in protests and other action, if you care about the Palestinians, rather than moaning about the ICJ.
