@@pradeeshvsanjeevi8128 Go directly to the officer and refer the survey no and layout name about your neighbour plot for reference and apply your file. If you could not able to get details from officer try to get help from local Licenced surveyor who will have good relationship with local Office and officer .

1) You have to identify by and enquiring your neighbours whether they have applied for regulasation scheme . May be check with your local BDO office whether they have received any file in your layout . It is tough for them as of now to tell you . 2) if 50 percent of plot in your layout has been regularised by DTCP then your plot is eligle for regulasation scheme 3) BDO office means your local Body office, if your property in village panchayat then your local Body office is union office . If your property in town panchayat , EO in town panchayat office is approving authority , municipality office is local Body office when your property in municipality limit .

I think bank is asking approval for construction loan . If so , for gramanatham property no need land approval , you can directly go for building approval .

Hey man. U can go for building blue print, approach an engineer in ur area. Some wicked banks are unaware of rules, change the bank.

Already submitted the blue print plan approval to bank with local panchayat office by paying the fee.

Please donate the plots to any temple or government for development.....

In Common building rules they have not mentioned anything about minimum width . Share me your plot size and road width will guide you the details.

Dear avavindan Actually sub registrar office should not register the document . But in some places they were doing unknowingly. My suggestion is enter agreement with the owner and ask him to apply and get DTCP approval on his name then you go for registration . Note: Before entering into agreemnt check whether this plot can be regularised .For which watch my previous videos on unapproved plots which plots are eligible for regulasation.

Sub register office has no limitation in registering the plot that was already sold. U can go ahead to registration

Hi bro ., defienetly there will be patta in the previous owners name , you can get it from your neighbours or VAO office . With that you apply for regulasation . During vacation you can apply and get it .

Getting the approval on previous owner name is better . Continue the application submitted by him .

The regulasation scheme is not based on survey number . It is based on layout .If both survey no .64/3 and 64/7d are in same layout then you are eligible for regulasation

Defienetly possible , if anyone in your layout has applied for regulasation scheme . Watch my previous videos on regulasation scheme to understand .
