I went to the store and found that there was a 1 ounce and a 1.5 ounce box of vanilla instant sugar free pudding. The written recipe did not specify which one. However, when I enlarged the pudding box on the video I could see that it is a 1 ounce box. Just in case anyone else ran across this issue.
Sarah, the cookies are fantastic! I didn't have any chocolate chips so they did spread and were flat. Regardless, the taste is what's important. I can't wait to make them with chocolate chips! And, my non-keto family are eating them like crazy. Every time the fridge door opens, 2 or 3 cookies are missing from the container. Thank you for the detailed step-by-step recipe!

I made these 2 weeks ago and my family loved them. I made more yesterday and made cookie cups and added chopped walnuts and added a Choczero marshmallow in the middle. They were delicious!
Those look delicious! I have sugar free pudding in other types of flavors like banana and butterscotch. I’m thing you could adapt this recipe to use those for a different variations, but of course who doesn’t like chocolate chip! Second time I used half almond flour & half coconut flour (to save on one & use up the other) and they didn't spread. They were like little bites & not as tasty.🤦🏼♀️ My daughter is a "CJ." 😉 Wish you could make yours act more lively...🫢 Love the jazz too. P.S. Sarah, these tasted really good. First chocolate chip keto cookies that didn’t gross me out. However, I did have some problems with mine. They didn’t look like yours. They were thin and so limp you couldn’t pick them up without falling apart, even when cool. Had to eat them frozen. I weighed out my flour. Used a small pkg of pudding mix ( butterscotch) and made the recipe exactly as shown. Wondering if you or your readers might have a suggestion what I did wrong? Thank you for your recipes.
Hi there. This is the first report of this. I have found if my butter is too soft(melted) they will spread like that. I usually like to do a test batch of three or four cookies… Then I will know if I need to add a bit more almond flour to stiffen them up.
These cookies are delicious!…I’ve made 3 batches since you first aired this video… FYI: I put Pecans in mine and they are even MORE DELICIOUS…. Oh and one other thing, I use Simply Delish Banana Pudding mix which has cleaner ingredients for Keto Lovers. Thank you Sarah for sharing this wonderful dessert!…
I made these this morning change one cup almond for gluten free flour , and added nuts , very tasty, let me know if you can figure out how to make chocolate brownies with the pudding ,low carb of course, love it thanks

My daughter has a hard time, I've been keto ,I don't lose weight but my sugars are good . I won't get skinny but I am well. I think I'm just sugar intolerant.

The ingredients in the pudding mix are not exactly "friendly" especially the maltodextrin because it is worse than sugar. Is there something else you can use to replace that? I have made so many of your recipes and not a single one have I not loved. This one is concerning for me even if it is just one cookie. Love you both and thank you for all you do ❣

I made these but I used jello chocolate sugar free pudding and for some reason the dough was wet so I added tiny bit of almond flower. That being said they didn’t spread at all. Any ideas? Perhaps the extra almond flour?
I can eat keto meals, but dessert as good n tasty they look is no, no for me.. My system cant deal the sweetener used, It does ok with Sucralose, but I don't push it...
