Dude you are a very humble person. You didn't mention that you were a very strong arm wrestler yourself until near the end of the video. You were very polite and showed excellent respect towards the competitors too. Great video!
His hand dynometer is not calibrated Levon tried again recently ( Larry Wheels vid) and got less then 100 kg. I’d say it’s off by at least 10% and the lower arm should be 90 degrees
We need more ambassadors for the sport like this gentleman. Such a simple idea, but it's what we want to know! The top three could crush my hand like a Dorito. Great job my friend. Came here after the Levan vs. Devon match.
Lol Lets keep in mind Devons also not on the same drugs as these guys either.... Levin went from a 200 lb human to a 400 lb gorilla in less than a decade. The guy doesnt even look like a human being anymore.... Lets inject Devon with the same horse tranquilizers and then well see what happens.
Vitaly Laletin is probably the most deceptively strong person on the planet, he probably could have squeezed it even harder if didn't stretch out his arm like that. Also lame how Devin didn't even try.
10:20 “No grip” Devon, one of the strongest fingers in armwrestling, reason why i say that it, he does 140lbs+ on his multi spinner, that tool puts all of the weight on your fingers, i think he could’ve got 100-120 kg if he really tried
@@moistpbnj5383 Thats actually a very nice observation and true !! I think Devon is just extremely specialized, the first device that everyone measured was pure squeezing strength which really you never get to squeeze something like that in an armwrestling match, but on that second exercise device thing for the fingers, that movement is actually pretty close to the beginning movements of some exercises Devon is already doing and closer to an actual armwrestling movement so he was closing it so easily, because he is specialized in that. He definitelly has some angles and movements that he is probably #1 in the world at but still his overall strength is not the best so he can be beat but he is also able to defeat much stronger opponents and especially if he can get the angle he wants and trick you, which he is also probably the best at. With his new training methods, if he keeps getting stronger he might be at the very top again, even tho Cyplenkov and Levan look like they are unreachable and in their own league but if we consider those guys as the top 2, then Devon still has a chance to be the 3rd best. He has to prove it again tho, because there are so many new cats in the jungle :D
You guys are so funny and such fan boys. I love devon but no way he gets 110kg on this. That is serious crushing power which he doesnt specifically train for. 90kg max. I saw him max out on the 2.5 coc which is great considering he trains grippers only here and there. 2.5 close gets you 80 to 90kg on hand dyno, usually.
It kinda ruins it because they didn't always squeeze it the same way . To the side of the body with just the one hand is a good and equal way to measure it .
Man, really great video! But I think you should give this video a title in english as well, this way fans from all over the world will be able to find it and watch it.
@@fciagsousa yea im aware of the humble words devon says about his grip strength . like on videos he does with juji ...but honestly im pretty sure he has serious grip strength even if he mainly uses technique rather than brute force . the man has videos of him preacher curling 200lbs dumbells full grip and everything . I personly think hes just very humble . and also my comment was kinda like a joke not to be taken so technical lol
@@picolete Not having strong grip ? Devon scrores above 100kg's and that is pretty strong if you imagine Levan's grip strength :) Normal people when fit and healthy will be around 55 to 60 kg's. Have my grip chart right here :) I love giving a good handgrip when you meet someone, instant respect haha ;)
@Rahul Shrivastav Incorrect measure :) Use calibrated hand dynamometer and i bet you will be much lower than 75 Kg's :) With grippers you can use technique and i can close a 2 with technique so that's about 88 kg's. But with a correct dynamometer i cannot get past 75 kg's. If you're a lefty, your right will be stronger and vice versa. Cheers.
@Rahul Shrivastav I was talking about average healthy fit people that don't train grip are around 55 to 60 kg's. My point was that Devon can grip a 3 which is 127 kg's :) that's why i stated that Devon does have a strong grip :). I climb alot so pinch and finger strength are much higher than grip.
@@publiclypreaching The ignorant one is he who doesnt realize eastern countries can still use a modern English alphabet, preaching understanding to others while having none yourself 😂
That moment when you notice the dude doing the video is a national champion when you thought it was just some super-excited fan based on the earlier behavior and reactions... :D
Vitaliy had the 2nd best score and he did it the most difficult way. With his arm parallel with the floor. Prudnik and Dima there are hand to stabilize, doesn't count. I wanna see vitaliy do it like levan.
For all the stupid people who didn't pay attention levan didn't get 127 look at the black arrow as he does that is the indicator not the red one it got pushed to 125 cuz he did it fast
The red one shows the peak. That's what it's supposed to be. Fast or slow doesn't matter. If the dyno malfunctioned it was because he jerked it but we can't be sure what happened. That's why the Asian guy should've instructed everybody to just hold it with their arm extended and no jerking motion. Laletin did it almost perfectly.
@@Someone-hs5yb Yes, but there's like a half a second where we don't see what's going on with the arrows. Levan could've made it peak real fast and then get back to 80 kg. It's strange but not impossible. Especially since we know Levan has to be stronger than that. 80 kg is unrealistic peak for him.
@Fluke Eddie was also world's strongest man. You don't get to be world's strongest man by just being strong in one movement. Someone can't be the strongest man in the world unless they have the title.
@Fluke I don't know mate. I'm not a fanatic of Eddie Hall, lol. Eddie Hall isn't a weight lifter,he's a strongman. The original point here is that Levan is not the strongest man in the world. He maybe the best at a specific movement but he isn't an all rounder.
