@@Di-sg6mv so I actually did each move 2x, and on the second upward head tilt at the end I feel it drain down the back of my throat - to the point it makes me cough, but it works!
I wish I had this information 2 months ago my nose was clogged up for 2 months and then some every night I lay my head down on a pillow everything just wanted to clog up and I was just miserable had to sleep with my mouth opened and everything was dry my mouth finally got a breakthrough just last week and I truly thank God for the breath of fresh air that I am able to breathe❤❤ Thank you Lord 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 but the next time I have a clogged up stuffy nose Dr Mandell I try it. Im happy for you! My nose is cloged for almost two years now and without the nasal spray Im not sure If I could breath. How did your nose breakthrough, just from itself or have you tried some other methods
Have you tried applying a warm towel compress on your face? That helped my son, also I lightly massaged his face, have you seen Dr M's lymph drainage videos, if not, I highly suggest you look it up 🙌🏼 it really works!!! Good luck 🙏🏼
Ima try that! Thank you. My nose keeps getting plugged and I keep using nasal spray every 12 hours. It's not good. I want to stop using it but I want to breath
Actually, I think if I really tried I could name some things worse than having a stuffy nose. But I'm sure most of them would pale as rapidly as the nasal congestion after a few minutes of applying a large, angry crustacean to my nares.
