I really miss watching your videos. you're very good at explaining things in great detail. detail a thing that I'm very concerned with, it's why I named my company precision pressure washing. I hopeful that I will learn enough from your channel to gain the confidence to implement reclaim one day.
ya these Mi-TM machines are really good. Reliable, tough, efficient. Expensive too! right around 15 k after tax and getting them all set up... But we'll worth it, each one of these things, on a full schedule will pay for itself in a month or two, and you can run them for 10 or 20 years if you take care of them.
Thanks Paul! Well I got good news for you then! I’m almost done building a bran new $100k pressure washing system with a 500 gallon lightweight aluminum vac tank powered by a steel Eagle Fury 2400 CVU (600 cfm vacuum blower) on a 6’ x 16’ custom all steel trailer I just finished building from scratch. The trailer even has a nitrogen gas shock suspension because why not? 🤓
You know I’ve never used any kind of a clutch on any hot water machine I’ve ever owned. Know nothing about them, but never heard any bad things about them. I should know but I just don’t
Hey whats up Ben quick question and its a little unrelated to the video but do you by chance know if we need a special license to clean out industrial condenser and evap units or is it just something overlooked 🤔 i tried to look it up for Washington state but cant find much info on it
@Ben Shrope well depending on the unit i know residential units you can clean from the inside and outside but im more or less just curious if you need an hvac license because a long time ago when i used to work sanitation for a company they would have us clean out the the evap units and now 10 yrs later im running my own business im curious as to whether or not something like that can be upsold as a service
@@r.mshadow9713 oh I see! Well HVAC is a trade, and like plumbers or electricians, etc, you have to live see as a journeyman after your years of apprenticeship. If a homer owner hires a non sanctioned/licensed contractor, then they lose all of society’s and the legal systems protections from errant contractors…
