Sweet bike and mods! I have the exact same mirrors on my 22 MT-09, and I can tell you from experience that loctite will save you some headaches down the road. The installation was as simple as in your video, and I tighten them very well, but after exactly 30 days the left one rattled loose and fell off while on the move. I did contact the seller (via Amazon) and they not only responded super quick, but they agreed to send me a replacement without hesitation. Again, sweet ride you got!
Hi there. i was driving with the the whole last season and i had no problem with my mirrors moving while driving. They are pretty hard to adjust anyway cause the screws are so tight. but if i starting to have the same problems like you i will not hesitate to put some loctite on the screws :)
I have searched for a review, for the fenrir mirriors on the mt09 2021 for sooo long.. I bought highsider mirriors, but sadly they dont fit… so i gonna refund them. But i gonna buy these mirriors for sure!! The installation looks super easy 🤩😁
Thanks for video , have a set coming , just curious if u tried mounting below handle bars or have narrow part of mirror pointed inward, or is this the best way to mount them ? Thanks …looking forward to more mods
I have only tried them the way you see in the video because that's the way I decided to install them before I got them in the mail. You can install them in many ways and just the way you want it and it's no problem. Good luck with you new mirrors :)
Jag är jättenöjd med dom de rör sig ingenting utan de är rätt svåra att röra överhuvudtaget vilket är bra i just de avseendet att de inte rör sig när man kör. Har dock märkt när man kör fort att cykeln har börjat vobbla lite vid vissa rörelser vet inte om det beror på att vikterna blev borttagna vid montering. Skall se om jag kan hitta en adapter i ändarna som gör att man kan ha vikterna på samtidigt som dessa speglar är monterade. För övrigt så är jag grymt nöjd med dom och tycker att kvaliteten är grym för att vara från China.
With the bar end weights removed do you notice a change in the vibrations in the handle bars or the image in the mirrors? Also how does the view to the rear compare to the factory mirrors?
I haven't noticed any difference when it comes to vibration and I think I see better now cause these mirrors are further out than the original mirrors. I though they were to smal first but I don't have any problems with it now I just love them. Recommend
@@guffemoto Thanks for the reply. I think I will try a set. As an aside I just saw on Ali Express, they have tail lights that integrate the turn signals into them for about $55 USD. I have been waiting for TST to release theirs but just might order one. I try and limit the parts I order from China to simple non critical, non safety items like my wind screen, axl sliders or radiator guard but TST is taking for ever so I have one in my cart.
