You may have done this, but you’ll want to change that oil after a short run to get the break in metal out. It will look like metallic paint when it drains out of there. I have the identical generator and I wound up changing the oil 3 times in the first couple of hours.
Steve, this is great advice. I didn’t even know about break in metal. Lot’s of things we do in our videos are first time. I will make sure to change the oil before I start it up next time. Thank you for the comment!
