My pull out handle came installed. This press is deceptively heavy. Removing the bolts from the bottom was an experience to say the least. There should've been directions on removing this beast from the packaging seeing that you have to preserve the packaging if you need to return it. Also, don't remove the zip ties until you've added the rubber feet and placed the press on it's final resting place. Last thing you need is to be managing the upper platen while lifting the press. You need a sturdy place to put the press, do not take this for granted. Spend the extra money for a rolling platform if you don't already have a sturdy place. Believe me, your countertop isn't strong enough to hold this thing... let me say it again, this beast is HEAVY.

I just received mine today but it comes with broken screen.. im feel very sad, now I have to wait until Tuesday to call hpn and see what is going to happen
You need to call the 800 phone# on the webpage, usually they have them in stock before they update the webpage. I just got another one yesterday when I called to inquire on the order status before I bought the auto open.
