Successfully woke up all three #WhiteGardenSnails in the package. Their official name is "Theba Pisana", aka the white garden snail, sand hill snail, white Italian snail, Mediterranean coastal snail, which is native to the Mediterranean region. The average size of this snail is 0.5 inch (or 13 mm).
Snails are incredible animals to be easy cared as your pets. They live in captivity from 5 till 10 years (maximum recorded age is 35 years).

I wouldn't risk trying to remove the trap door, just put them in warm (not too warm prolly at 30c) water and let them sit there until they wake up

30c is way too warm, more like 20c and gently spray them, let them warm up over a few hours and they'll be fine.

yeek, never poke them like that, let them warm up, spray with luke warm water and give them time to come around. And absolutely never feed them bread

The website I used is called "My Happy Snails". But you can also buy snails on eBay. Just follow the steps to order. Seller usually mails more snails than you ordered, just in case some of them don't wake up.

they’re so adorable. i’ve been doing research ever since i was a kid and now that i’m 18 i feel like i can finally care for them. But i have no idea where to come across them, I have been searching areas after rain for years but no sign where I live. And i’m not sure of many reliable sites. If anyone has any idea please let me know! :-)

Amily Vienne dont buy from there please! they are very irresponsible sometimes. i recommend bugznbitz, nothing but positive reviews and very affordable. you might need to wait because they can’t ship rn due to the covid-19.

gardensnail yea i decided not to order because i heard that they’re customer service isn’t too active and they send snails that are often dead than alive:( . but yes ill check them out! i’ve also looked on ebay as well as snails4u ! thank u!!!

there's a lot wrong with this. mainly; do not remove the protective layer of mucous from the shells. leave them alone in 1mm or so of room temp/slightly warm water to wake up on their own. also do not feed snails bread. they're herbivores; stick to veggies, leaves, and a few fruits. do a lot of research, don't trust only one RU-vid care guide.
