Interesting. She saved half an hour a day - saving a huge amount of money every year. At $10 an hour that's $1,825 a year and that's every year now. What you see is him recognising that she is useful but not promoting her nor relocating her because it's cheaper to have her saving him ever more money while placating her with minimal money.

Corporate America is such an amazing system and gotta love corpos, I'll pay your rent and utilities for a year and give you 5k on a task that probably saved them millions of dollars in billable hrs. I remember I stopped a cash scam in a national company once and didn't even get a thank you it was more you would have been sacked if you didn't detect the issue. 🤡

@@zigmundo Offcourse a business would ask alot more, its their business model, plus they would invest alot more time and resources. This is just a clever idea from a employee. They dont need to even pay her. In Europe this kind of idea would never result in 5k and payment in rent, this is just for television to create goodwill with the audience.

5k and paid rent just a way to write off on taxes so they can look good. Giving someone opportunity and opening door a to better position is more meaningful. Corporate greed!
They have to pay income tax on such payouts. Considering the sum is often the same. It is probably something the tv company shells out. The other stuff is the company itself, but rent and utilities can probably be a write off depending on nations gift taxes. In my nation it would be taxed. Even dinners with clients are not a write off anymore.

I work at Unifirst headquarters in Wilmington ma Jonspin rd and the place is a shit show. This was all spun for the camera. That guy is long dead and all this was all bull crap.
The only set up about this story is that God set it up, one way was for the goodness within the hearts of those involved to be an outreach to the good hearted folk watching, and a blessing for her and her boss...The second set up was for the hateful hearted and entitled mindset individuals to expose themselves through the words of their mouth which comes out of their hearts. 🎯🙏💜 God is good at what he does...PRICELESS
