I’m so sorry. I can definitely relate. I only sleep 0-2 hours every night because the panic attacks wake me up. . The sleep deprivation doesn’t help the anxiety. May we be healed
Thank you. I wish I would have known this information years ago. Years of fight or flight. Still trying to reprogram out of it. But i culture etc... is full of it!!

I read the book, and I see two areas that the sympathetic nervous system is mentioned but they both list symptoms and testing tools but I don’t see the solutions and supplements. Can you please do a video on solutions and supplements? I also have low BP so I’m guessing increasing minerals and stabilizing blood sugar will help but what else? 🧐🧐 thanks in advance!! 😊
I can't give medical advice, but here is our video about signs of bacteria in the stomach: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TIFs2FUi3cY.html
I often feel very out of breath. I love cardio and do 2-3 5k runs a week. I do challenges like while running do some sprints and then go back down to a base run or even add incline challenges etc. I had always been move up but the last 3-4 months I’ve been in a serious decline. My speeds have been base 6mph, push 7-8mph all out 9-12mph and was earning new personal bests on my 5km. I’m now barely able to do 6mph and 7-8mph I often reach my limit, panic and slow it down or jump off the treadmill. Something is wrong and I’m desperate to fix it. I always feel out of breath, during exercise or even days I do no exercise 😔 I wonder if I’m too alkaline
Hey TC :) I really like your content. Anyway, why does every registered nurse say that a slow breath rate makes the blood acid, and your videos say that it is a sign of (possible) alkaline blood?
You just seem to be a little confused on the topic. If you were to hold your breath or purposefully slow your breath rate, you would be holding on to more CO2, and that would acidify the blood. But when the body has a naturally slow breath rate, it is doing this on purpose because the blood is leaning too alkaline. HI @Debbie C , just don't go off of symptoms and assume you are sympathetic. You really want to look at your blood pressure numbers and such and have that be the determining factor. For reflux, we hear from people who fix that all the time. This video will help you understand why that happens: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZDTUrYGVu7Q.html and it sounds like you really would benefit from going through our totally free digestion course. Hi, I've seen clients do well with Beet Flow on carnivore. And if you have digestive issues, it can hard to truly succeed on carnivore so correcting those issues could create a ton of improvement. Our totally free digestion course can help you figure out which aspects of digestion need attention and how to fix them. In case you missed my other comment asking about a call, I'm no longer able to take on clients, but you can learn about working with one of the coaches I have trained here: kickitnaturally.com/working-with-tony
Some of the measurements are odd. So if I inhale less than 10 times i’m more alkaline? You do realise that a healthy rhythm is 4 seconds in 4 secs exhale. So you get 7-8 inhales. You go for longer exhales if you want to relax more
I feel constant stress from ADHD. I always think I’m just lazy and chill, but I’m realizing I’m constantly stressed in a fight or flight mode. Im 54, and as far bac as I can remember, i have major issues with taking deep breaths, memory, bad allergies and chronic dry eyes, insomnia, and a very quick fuse. Everyone around me thinks I get mad all the time. I do, and somehow I’ve gone through life not realizing how true that is. I thought I was just passionate about not letting people get away with jerky behavior… while others are too afraid to say anything. I’m really having a hard time keeping my mouth shut and not calling people out. Obviously, the world is full of jerks. I need to learn to just accept that and let it go. I’m really struggling though. Didn’t realize how deeply ingrained within me this mental and physiological response has become.
Yeah, it could be an imbalance magnify you're reactions, but you might also just come across a lot of jerks. :) But with all those symptoms you're dealing with, Your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through running simple self-tests you can run at home to get an idea of what imbalances can be creating trouble, and what steps would help you correct them. You might find somatic excercises helpful. I did mine online with The Workout Witch. Her programs are very affordable and you have access to it for life
i have some of the common GI issues but the one that's causing me to only get 3-4 hours straight if im lucky is that after eating dinner about 1-2 hours later i end up sleeping for 3-5 hours so by that time it's 1-3am ,so now im stuck in this cycle were i fall asleep after dinner wake up 1-3am then im not tired until 7-8 am but if i go to bed at that time i'll wake up at 11am or 12pm . so for me it seems like i digest food but it's slow or sluggish and that's what's causing me to fall asleep after dinner . also my thyroid has been effected by my GI issues now it's hypo and before it was fine , i do get stressed out alot easier and it can be over something small . this all started 6 years ago with daily heartburn then to daily acid reflux and no doctor can tell me what's going on they all just say it's IBS and it's never going to fully go away ,constipation as well and one thing that helps me go is caffeine but i do noticed that caffeine can cause heartburn
Consider an infection, such as H pylori or candida. Or a digestion issue. Caffeine is a nervous system stimulant. Acid reflux means low acid. TC has different videos on that aswell, I recommend you check those out.
@@debbiec6216 depends, there's no one answer for it. It can be low due to vagus nerve lacking nutrients (B1 B5 choline), toxins/infections messing with vagus nerve, parasites, h pylori, other nutrient deficiencies (Iron, Zinc, B12), sometimes people also have hypothyroidism for example. So you would need to dig for a bit unfortunately :( If you fix the reason why it's low then you'll be good. Betaine HCL for instance can help as a bandaid in the meanwhile
I have a question, so my blood pressure has been dropping ever since I’ve been going through my anxiety struggle. It’s now at about 96-100 over 66-69, doctor said everything I’m going through is due to my anxiety. So… can something like poor circulation cause low blood pressure? People say it causes high blood pressure, but I walk 2 miles a day and eat very healthy, so I doubt a nutritional deficiency… Thank you
