Dear Sandra, I am a daughter of refugees from the Second World War. I am the second generation to whom the fear that my mother and grandmother lived with during their flight and expulsion was passed on to. My mother lived her whole life in fear and worry and passed that on to me. It took me many years to understand and process a lot of things. I had depression for many years. But I understood very early on that in order to lead a better life, I had to orientate myself towards other, positive people from whom I could learn to live. I'm so grateful every day that I can also learn with the help of people like you here on RU-vid. So much has changed for the better in my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your videos. Spot on Sandra! The very best way to start your day even before your feet hit the floor is to mentally list and give thanks for all the things you are grateful for. The first should be that you woke up to experience the joy of living a new day. Like attracts like. Try to separate yourself from negative people (energy vampires). I pray to God,,speak life over it.When I go back,over old desires, written in my book..they have come to pass. We need to hold onto hope,hope keeps us going forward,hope gives us a reason to believe. Hi Sandra In my twenties I also had a vision board for a family, home, friends, and a career. I was fortunate that all those dreams came true- I had to invest my time , commitment, and efforts into all of these rewards to make them happen- I think the making of the board is a solid first step for all the steps to follow. “Think of something, see it as yours, let it go, don’t hold on” was a mantra for a group of my friends back in those days- another way of saying, trust the universe….❤

Dear Sandra the last two years my life manifested into a beautiful peaceful life where I could relate to nature and make myself a better person. I second your thoughts. I attended Money workshop in 1999 and the way of life changed as I could infuse the same learnings for my life. Amazing to listen about the same almost quarter a century later. It's very reassuring to be in this path. The very idea of Life is to be lived is a profound understanding and when we add the element to be a good human it shows us our own journey on this planet. You look so amazing. I love your videos. I too have made vision boards. Some of my wishes did come true but sadly not enough because 😮whenever I have found myself at a fork in the road, I seem to have chosen the wrong path. This has happened over and over again. I have really lost my way this time , but your videos are so uplifting, that I do have hope and will start writing things down again. I had stopped for a while.
