I was wondering, cause crossfit is about speed and finishing the race as fast as you can... Maybe it's just branding cause crossfit makes more money haha

@@rayhan_2k841 Calisthenics is not a sport. Its a term that describes all bodyweight excercises. Planche is taken from gymnastics and this was gymnastic tutorial. Crossfit is a mix of gymnastics and weight lifting and many other things. I can do ballet training on the street. Does that make me a calisthenics athlete?

Dusty, you broke this down supremely. That's what's so wicked. You throw out the basics with no fluff. Many online tutorials don't explain the breakdown. Thanks bro. Great, casual, no-nonsense coaching and video presentation too. Rock it!

Im just now training it and it seems like an impossible task. 6 months now and still on tucks. Starting planche at 35 years of age is hard. I used to be able to train 7 days a week in my early 20s, every other day in my late 20s, and now in my mid 30s it takes my body every other two days to recover from an intense workout. Its best to start these when you're a kid.

At any age few people will get a full planche in 6 months. It's also helpful to work on other movements besides tuck, like handstand press, deep planche leans and band-assisted planche work.

dusty I love your planche skills and all that you got perfect alignment, I like your tutorial, but I think your should rotate your hips so that you have a better hold, I see how you held it for a few second and your on the almost the heavyweight side but, I think you would progress better if you rotated your hips, you know like keeping your whole body tight

im a fucking idiot in such gymnastics a cant do any front Lever press to Handstand nothing! i practise Planche for 3-4 months now, and I am Close from Tuck Planche to adv tuck Planche... but cant hold it for more than a second. so i guess a regular Person without any skills Need more time than a year. i guess and hope ill get that in 2 years

thats what i would say its a realistic call Jurgen Chen, like i said before. wasnt able to do pull ups ANY pullups. now i can ~ 10 Pullups without pushing and struggleing with my feet. but i cant do any straddle yet, adv Tuck is hard aswell, but i guess its Kind of another Training i Need, my leaning is Close to fall :D i Need Train my lower back and abs i would say to push my feet up
