The series just started and they’re already making excuses for the Suns. If KD and Booker get knocked out in the first series, there’s no excuse. Durant should be under the same scrutiny as LeBron and Curry.
KD since leaving Curry has played with Harden,Kyrie, Dbook, and Bradley Beal and hasn’t even made a conference finals. Meanwhile Steph has gotten a 2nd ring without KD and a Finals MVP don’t wanna hear no more ppl saying Curry needed him when it’s obviously KD needed Curry

The Suns only have a Big 3 by default: Where you have three players who are paid more than everyone else, are the biggest names, and get to take the most shots. Kevin Durant is legitimately the type of player who you add to a duo like Steph/Klay or AD/LeBron and he makes a good team scary. Devin Booker and Bradley Beal are not those types of guys. _Maybe_ if you added Booker to specific situation like the Lakers but Beal is Beal is so far from being that type of player it almost doesn't matter what you think of Booker or Durant. And as much as I like Durant, he's more like the ultimate complimentary player. He's nitro to an already fast car. He's not the engine. I don't hold that against him because it's clearly not who he is and I'm not about trying to force an opinion on someone when that's not their personality; I don't think this team would be any better with Tim Duncan because I don't see him doing anything different than what KD is doing from a leadership standpoint and we never forced that on Timmy because he was on a good team for 20 years and won. Just because KD isn't winning doesn't mean we should treat him differently. While I do think Duncan was more of that car than KD is, at best he was the engine, not the driver.
I'm a spurs fan and seeing the young thunder, and seeing the potential was scary. Kd was as tall as TD, and had a handle and crazy jump shot, and the wing span. But with the new nba, it's easier to get a ring, doesn't matter how u get it. There are media personalities that talk about how they have rings, and didn't even play in the biggest game to get their ring, simply bc they have it, they live off that. Kd doesn't have the mentality to b the vocal leader but I just seems like as he said himself, he just wants to go hoop....... Basically whatever happens, happens. U will never b the leader like that and it's been known for kd. He had that killer mentality when he was with golden state, and truly it seems like steph gave him the extra confidence.. how if u are asking us your name?????????
why doesn't KD deserve the criticism? Since 2010 KD has been a top 5 player in the NBA. From 2012-20 it was KD, Bron and Steph. These shows always come for Bron and Steph. KD has to get some of that too. If they sit on this show and talk about how bron as to be better for 2 hours, KD deserves that smoke too bc in reality he is just as talented as bron. Facts. He may not be able to score like he used too, but he definitely can set the guys up and run the offense. Warriors will likely cut him so the Suns should go sign him to a veteran contract and move Beal or Grayson Allen to the bench
KD has never been him. He only won with a prime warriors team that had already won a chip. Put him on any other team and its the same thing..."not enough around him"
to be fair, most of the "woes" of the suns that they played in the highlights are all bad calls, both the ones with booker and kd "dribbling" out of bounce was off timberwolves players, half of kd's missed shots were fouls, the timberwolves shot significantly more FTs and just an abundance of bad calls, the fans made it seem like every call the suns had was bad but this game was wildly misofficiated the WHOLE game, and on both sides

We've heard people like Skip and Doug say he's better than LeBron before. If that's the case, where's the LeBron like scrutiny for him ? You can't have it both ways. We can't say he's better than LeBron when KD is going well, but when he struggles, we don't give him LeBron like criticism. Enough is enough. This is on him because if it was LeBron, it'd be all on LeBron. I feel bad for Kevin Durant as well. Cause other players get criticism, but he gets criticism with malice. I have never seen a player fall from Grace and every fan and media just destroys everything The man accomplished just cause of that one box he has not checked. if the suns had kept CP and Ayton they would definitely been in better position now. if they had just kept CP and still got Nurkic they would be better. they handcuffed Booker by putting him at point guard
What they say here like in theory i get it. But lets be honest once they got KD, they were capped out They couldn't make another move. They moved CP3 and got Beal that is an insane trade anyone would do that. If we really analyze this if they could have gotten Beal for Paul first and not made the trade for KD that is how they could have built a complete team. You have Book Beal ayton Bridges and the rest of them. You can then trade off some of those players and get a legit PG in there. But thats not how it went once you decided to trade everything to get KD you were capped and had very limited moves left. They gave basically nothing to get Beal and then offloaded Ayton in order to try to get more depth. So again i say getting beal was not an issue on the face its a great trade. Getting rid of everything you had to bring in KD hamstrung you getting beal was just doin your other hammy lol.

Skip acts like KD made the warriors. Kinda easy to dominate the game when teams can only put 1 guy on you and cant even shift the defense towards you because you are playing on a 73-9 team with 2 of the greatest shooters ever. How about KD put a team on his back and take them deep into the playoffs? All the winning intangibles and clutch factor skip just shoves down on our throat everyday about Lebron, How about he start keeping the same energy with his beloved Kevin Durant.
