as someone whos in recovery from an eating disorder and has gained some weight, this episode was actually really nice to watch. I didn't know how much I needed to hear Katya say "You have to make peace with your body, you can't be at war with it. Ingest positivity, shit out the haters." :') *edit* thank you for all the kindness, I hope anyone that's struggling with an ED or are currently in recovery is able to find peace with themselves. Practice your self affirmations and ingest as much positivity as you can

@@Ozunbil i misspoke, he didnt actually do rehabilitation, but he basically said while he was in france, that he was going to try to get clean from all the drugs he did. He got tattoos, he has been gaining a healthy amount of weight. Drug addiction is really hard on all aspects.

@@erithecutest.6236 I think that’s a misconception - if you listen to your body, you’re naturally going to have a sense of moderation. You won’t always want to eat super heavy meals - just be gentle with yourself and not strict. It’s not healthier to limit yourself excessively
