@@dexterdexter8208 It's a-ok, my friend. There's another, affordable Unicorn that is smaller than the Haslab version, but does look like the 1986 animated movie. I own the first Armada version(from Target, back in the day) and that's all I can afford.
cyber warrior their is a new bakugan line but yeah it kind of is Unless you have hours of time and a weird imagination than you can make up random ass stories and add weird powers to them Yeah I used to do that...
Despite confusing Bakugan with Beyblade, he actually got the other half right: Bakugan was made AFTER Kranix's figure (This figure' original paint: 2003; Bakuga: 2006).
Garrett Rileigh Well, Kranix is a robotic spherical being and Helios is a cyborg spherical being. I bet Drago would loath both Ballformers for being robots.
I left my unicron figure alone for a couple of years and I came back to it about a year and there was a spider egg inside the chest cavity. PRETTY NASTY!
i remember having a unicron figure as a kid the armada one to be exact. couldn't for the life of me ever get the covers to stick into the holes for planet mode so always kept it in robot mode. eventually got rid of it in middle school since i got in the stage of thinking toys weren't cool.......boy do i regret that lol. hopefully one day I can get another unicron figure.
+baltmatrix I think what you meant to say was Kranix looks like a Bakugan, not a Beyblade. Beyblades were plastic model kit spinning tops that were released by takara in 2000. Bakugan was that weird transforming ball thingy.
While I do own a Cybertron version of Unicron, the one where he transforms into a tank, I do wish that I had the Unicron that could transform into the planet.
I love this one. I do own it (along with the Armada and Energon versions) and it is my favorite. The paint scheme still isn't G1 perfect (they chose to bombard him with silver in far too many places). The Universal Dominator is still the one that comes closest to the movie in terms of coloration (though this Generations version has the superior planet mode for accuracy), but that version is sadly far beyond the realm of affordability at this point. For the years that I've had this Generations version, I've been tempted to visit a good hobby shop and try to give him the correct paint job as well as buying a green LED for his head (they finally gave him his green eyes, but he still has a damn red LED LOL).
Beyblade???? Don't you mean Bakugan!!!??? I have no idea what Bakugan is but apparently we need at least 70 different people to make the same f***ing comment!
Aidan Ratliff yeah it's definitely a Bakugan hey those by themselves were really cool to collect I collected like a bunch of them and I still have some in storage somewhere and let me tell you that along with playing Yu-Gi-Oh was my childhood well that was part of my childhood but still cool none the less
True but the allegiance was needed to brand the figure with for marketing purposes like they did with Alpha Q in Energon. The toy labels him as a Decepticon when he really isn't.
Do you still have it.? Your video was 7yrs ago and I have a 7yr old whom swears that its sold at stores. Ive never seen one before. Please advise. Thanks.
When i had unicron i found it easier to peg the feet into the connection point for the ring first then peg the ring together, plugging it into the feet first gives you a little bit of leverage
I remember back in the day during armada their site had something where you could find out what Unicrons true powerlevel was and I never got to that meanwhile the powerlevel for the energon version on the trading card was all question marks......Happy to see his powerlevel now.
If you want you can always take the parts from the Amada one and add it to the newer one. If you take the LED lights off from the Amada one with a head it looks a lot better and it can be done
Malaki Jones If you didn't know Unicron, you probably didn't watch the original movie, an if you didn't watch the original movie, you do not deserve the title of Transformers Fan
I used to have a Unicron. I was never able to out him in plate mode. I got it without instructions. I got it from my neighbors. They would have yard sales all the time in the summer, and when they were preparing for one, I would play with the Transformers in the boxes. After a time, they gave them to me for free. I got a lot of Transformers that way, including Armada Optimus (Leader), Megatron, Hot Shot, and Starscream. I also got RID Scourge. All were great figures. I even had the trailers for Scourge and Optimus.
+James Porter Unfortunately no. Because they were all loose figures, parts were bound to be missing. I think the planet mouth bits of Unicron was one of the things missing.
Apparently, there was a prototype of Unicron that was made into the full spherical planet mode. The problem was, when Transformed, the sphere was flawless and therefore became stuck in that mode with no way to transform him out of it. That's why, ever since, we get a "flat" side.
The only gripe for me with this figure, was the back kibble in planet mode, he always looked like half a planet. I wished a third party would have made a attachment to make him completely round.
i have the first unicron and his knees where super tight but 8 months ago one knee got floppy and i toke it apart and there was no rachet it was just paint that held it tight then it started to loosen up over time till it was like i have to prop him on my wall for him to stand.
My Unicron is the armada model and I bought it at a thrift shop for $5 and its in good condition except 5 of the leg missiles, cheats flaps, planet modes shell, and the planet ring are gone, but besides that its in good condition.
actually he used that cannon in armada, and anergon and i dont mind it, i think its cool XP and you can store his minicon in his torso and pretend its the core we saw in the original movie XD
I think with Kranix you meant Bakugan, not Beyblade. Simple mistake, I know, kid's games starting with "B". I only know because of my 6-year-old brother. Love the videos, Spada.
9:20 I believe you are referring to a spin off version of beyblade called bakugan where spheres open up and transform into various creatures when they are rolled onto metallic cards
I could be wrong, but canonically, I believed Unicron had no allegiance to either Cybertronian faction. In fact, he’s far more ancient than Cybertron itself. I’m not sure why the packaging identifies him as a Decepticon
@@beetleprime5927 true, since that statement, I did a little research and found out that at one point or another, he did align himself with The Fallen before Megatron officially became the leader of the Decepticons.. It’s obvious also that his allegiances align more with the Decepticon cause than the Autobots, but still he was not officially a Decepticon.
I got the Armada Version at a Good Will for $3.99, but itwas missing the ring and one one the clear chest pieces the open out to reveal the chest cannon.

It is possible to transform Unicron with the planet shells on. Just not as easily. But even easier is to take the wing assembly off completely during the transformation, then reattach at the end. The mini-con will fit in the abdomen and, in robot only, arms. As for opening the abdomen, lower the front skirt first. Transformers had Bakugans before Bakugan existed. A bit hipster, perhaps?
Kranix is the last survivor of the consumed planet Lithone. Well-versed in the art of combat, the friar warrior Kranix has an advanced artificial intelligence, possessing a full range of emotion. But unlike his companion Arblus, this emotion does not cripple him with fear. Rather, he's friendly and polite, seeming almost human. That is, until his present situation, which has carved a faultline in his chivalrous exterior. via tfwiki.net
