UniFi WiFi Schedules | Blocking access to WiFi. In this video we take a look at unifi's Wifi schedule tool. This allows you to block access to your wifi, for example if you wish to stop broadcasting a network so you are not able to access it for a set period of time. You could use this if you have your kids on a different network.

I use this feature to enable my Public AP during the day for visitors. The new UI does need quit a bit of cleaning up to cover all use cases, but in general I like the direction it is headed.

Can I block specific clients by time? Lets say block or slow down the kids iPhones during night?

i'd like to block only one access point. might that be possible? i have 3 AP's in a unifi controller. 3 Floors and 3 AP's. On the floor that we sleep i'd like tu turn it off during the night. the rest of the house has to stay on. if that isn't possible i have to work with two ssid's. any idea?

What version of the software are you on? I am on 6.2.25 and the section of the old settings is now greyed out for the scheduler settings, and when I set up the schedule on the new settings, the SSID is being broadcast 24/7. I have tried both inverted and normal schedules, and am getting the same result with both. Thanks in Advance for your help!

If you set this schedules the wifi will not send signal at all and doesn't radiate? I have to set something for night when nobody use wifi, and it's healthier to turn it off. Thx for answer.

This is really helpful. You were using a Dream Machine but I presume this will work on a Unifi controller? I want to limit the time that the children can access the internet. I was thinking I would just set up a separate Wifi network for them. Home Wifi for us Home Wifi Kids for them.
