One of my favorite games!! My dad was a hog buyer at the Omaha Stockyards and I SO appreciate the historical background!! The mechanics are perfect too!!

This game is surprisingly fun if you can accept the theme for what it is… and some of the black and white photos have some images of dead meat.

Haha. I wouldn't call it "traditionally handsome" but it fits its vibe well. The cover art is reused a few places cleverly, and the board and cards are stylized for its period well. -Chris

I played this online and loved it! Thought I had lost big time because I ignored so many things. For once I stuck to one thing instead of trying everything. I won! I just warn people that the photos on the cards are gross, you might not want to see them. This game is NOT for vegans.

It is not at all a surprise to hear that Tom doesn't think about factory farming. You can feel the "whoosh" of the game designer's unintentional self-satirizing blowing past this team. Maybe spend a little less time in Florida, friends.

Wait so a 7.5 for Wendy is a game that will run out of steam after 5 plays at most before it feels the same everytime. How does that even make sense. How bad would a game need to be before it gets down to 5 or 6

The game play and mechanics are really enjoyable. Replayability is only one small aspect of my overall score, and my rating shows that effect. This could have been an 8 or 8.5 if I saw it lasting longer.
