Some things I do as a beginner... keep my shopping/food lists to Italiano, changed my mobile phone language to Italiano and I also have an old tablet on my desk which loops a RU-vid video of the 1000 top words (with context).
You read in my mind :D I think that my problem is English grammar and vocabulary. So since two week, when I drive to or from work, I'm recording myself on my phone and try to describe what I see on the road or I talk about some situation which happened to me. Thanks to that, I learned how to say in English "clutch", "gear", "roundabout" or my favorite "trucks" because when I didn't know how to say it, I told to myself "train road" hahaha :D and now it makes me laugh :D and I noticed that when I say something out loud and I don't know how to say something in English, I try to check it in dictionary. It really helps :) thank you for your video Shea :)
Good advice! I purchased these foreign language vocabulary labels on eBay, and I put them all over the house on things I use everyday. Really is so helpful! I’ve tried to use flash cards but I just don’t enjoy them, these stickers are fun and constant reminders! I also plan to take a break from RU-vid soon and only watch LingoPie for content for a month or 2 🙌🏾 ⚡️
