Dr . Khadar wali needs to be given the credit for reintroducing millets through his untiring efforts with farmers and taking sessions through out Karnataka , Telangana and Andhra and many North Indian people are propagating millet based food . Dr. Khadar wali recently awarded with the prestigious Padma Award in recognition of his selfless service in reversing ailments

I have been using all millets from quite sometime now like foxtail, kodo, little, brown top, barnyard, proso and jowar, bajra, ragi, quinoa..after following Dr. Kadar Valli's protocol.....Nice video. Informative.

Everyone knows this by now thanks to the internet. And fiber doesn’t remove constipation alone. Fiber can cause constipation in absence of twice the amount of water.

After joining Habuild Yoga everyday since 3 months I am privileged with all the 10 points to loose weight ,now I’m thinking of only one meal - have light lunch and dinner have only fruits and when hungry drink water Saurabh is slim so must follow his tips seriously if you wish to loose weight Thank you for sharing 👍

Yss true saurabh ji, millets are wonderful substitute for rice n wheat base breakfast sply , I hav completely replaced millets in all my recipes where rice was being used .. idli , dosa , uttapam , appe , patties etc etc .. aftr ths millets n daal based breakfast I feel more energetic for the rest of the dy, as my sugar levels are much in control , I don't feel drowsy or lethargic, it's my humble request pls search fr recipes with millets n daals on RU-vid and lead an amazing happy healthy life
