I have been using all millets from quite sometime now like foxtail, kodo, little, brown top, barnyard, proso and jowar, bajra, ragi, quinoa..after following Dr. Kadar Valli's protocol.....Nice video. Informative.

Yss true saurabh ji, millets are wonderful substitute for rice n wheat base breakfast sply , I hav completely replaced millets in all my recipes where rice was being used .. idli , dosa , uttapam , appe , patties etc etc .. aftr ths millets n daal based breakfast I feel more energetic for the rest of the dy, as my sugar levels are much in control , I don't feel drowsy or lethargic, it's my humble request pls search fr recipes with millets n daals on RU-vid and lead an amazing happy healthy life
